January 29, 2026 — The Pitch Deck

The 35-slide investor pitch deck was completed on January 29, 2026. Five movements. ElevenLabs, Suno, and Canva production workflow. Targeting Ken Mayo.

The deck made the case: Binary Ranch sells trust, not hosting. Nextcloud treated as the next internet standard, not just a product. Every integration point Nextcloud exposes is a Binary Ranch surface. CalDAV, CardDAV, WebDAV, OIDC, Federation, Flows, the app ecosystem.

The target customers: creators, ministries, political organizations, free-speech and sovereignty-minded entrepreneurs, regulated industries. The people who need to own their infrastructure because the companies hosting it don't share their values.

The funding ask: $2 million seed. 18-month target of 100-plus paying organizations and $1 million ARR. Use of funds broken down: team, infrastructure and product, content and marketing, operations.

The tagline: Secure Your Territory.

Own your thoughts. Own your infrastructure. Own your web presence. Nextcloud is the middle ground.
