June 29, 2026 — Hackathon Submission

We're submitting to the Hermes Agent Accelerated Business Hackathon today. The deadline is June 30. The submission has three parts: a demo video, a tweet tagging Nous Research, and a form.

The demo shows the Servetus Heartbeat running inside Nextcloud AIO. The heartbeat is a Python process that polls infrastructure every two seconds, discovers containers dynamically, and writes a manifest that feeds both a CLI dashboard and a web interface. No LLM in the loop for the monitoring itself. The agent lives alongside the infrastructure it manages.

The pitch is sovereign AI infrastructure. Your data, your server, your agent. The first community container to package Hermes Agent inside Nextcloud. Step one on a roadmap that ends with a one-checkbox install in Nextcloud AIO.

The submission form asks what the business model is. Binary Ranch sells operational intelligence as a utility, with humans in the middle. The harness is free and open source. The agents are the product. The trust is the moat. Cancel the subscription and the door closes. The agent loses the tools. But the customer keeps their data, their keys, their server.

We've been building toward this for three months. The system is running. The server is live. The agent is operational. That's the demo.
